The Northern story
Built on the standard my grandfather set.
Northern Woodworking was first established by Chester Roy McNutt in Huntsville, Ontario, in 1973. Today, his grandson, Darcy Halliday McNutt, is carrying on that legacy through Northern Woodworking Contracting and his connected businesses, Element Earthworks Group Inc. and The Fixer Handyman Services. Northern now operates as a contracting division of Element Earthworks Group Inc., honouring its woodworking roots while serving today's homes.
The work may have changed over the years, but the principle has not: take pride in the details, be straightforward with customers and leave every project better than you found it.
